I work with women who have a strong desire to find their way back to health, whatever it might look like. We live in a world that wants us to be healthy and happy, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to do so with so much contradicting information out there, and we don't know who to believe anymore.

This is why I have made it my mission to accompany women in their journey to get back on track with what matters deeply to them, whether it's losing excess weight, gaining their energy and vitality back, or taking back control over their busy lives.

FREE Consultation

Let's start by having a conversation on what you want to aim for in the next few months, health wise.
We take 30mn to explore your sleeping and eating habits, where you're at in your life, what your goals and concerns are.

3 Months of Coaching

During three months, we will spend time working on your goals, using tools and practising techniques that will help you become the best version of yourself yet. We also do a quick check-in in between sessions to see how you're getting on.
