- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 serving chocolate vegan protein powder optional
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 handful of ice
