Ingredients
  

  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 serving chocolate vegan protein powder optional
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 handful of ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it's really smooth and creamy.
