Vegan and Healthy Eggnog

Learn how to make this vegan eggnog to end your days on a cosy vibe this Christmas. You can make it with alcohol or not, it’s delicious either way.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg plus extra, to decorate
  • 4 shots Amaretto or coffee liqueur if using

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender, apart from the alcohol. Blend well for about 20 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Leave to cool, or serve hot, with the alcohol if you are using it.
  • It can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
