Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Peanut butter and chocolate cookies are a great treat to satisfy any cravings, and they're healthy too !

- 150 g oat flour
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- salt
Preheat your oven to 180*.
Mix together the oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the agave syrup and peanut butter, mix well. Add the coconut oil and the vanilla extract, mix it all together until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips, making sure they're everywhere.
Form little balls with the cookie dough and arrange them on a baking tray; flatten the balls slightly with a spoon or fork.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Once done, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy !
