Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Peanut butter and chocolate cookies are a great treat to satisfy any cravings, and they're healthy too !

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g oat flour
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180*.
  • Mix together the oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Add the agave syrup and peanut butter, mix well. Add the coconut oil and the vanilla extract, mix it all together until well combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips, making sure they're everywhere.
  • Form little balls with the cookie dough and arrange them on a baking tray; flatten the balls slightly with a spoon or fork.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Once done, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy !
